The Quark Series of LED flashlights is designed by 4Sevens.  There is no finer, tougher, more useful flashlight than a 4Sevens.

4Sevens is one of few manufacturers to state lumen readings "OTF" or Out The Front of the flashlight as measured by an integrating sphere.  This is the most accurate, consistent and scientific method which accounts for all factors by measuring actual light output. 

Most others base lumen ratings on LED output levels published by the LED manufacturer at a specific power level.  This method does not account for power input or light loss variables caused by differences in reflectors and lenses.
